Recently, I have been dealing with bouts of "what if I can't do it? ... I am now at the point of vacillating between asking myself what is the worst that will happen if I can't do it and reminding myself that I AM doing it and have been for 15 months ... It's just been stepped up a hundred or so notches, all at once ... My will did not have this happening for a couple more years ... Oh well, I exercised my free will by accepting this newest challenge ...So, I need to continue to step up to the plate and give it my best shot ...

Truth be told, sometimes I don't want to do the work it takes ... it's temporarily easier to sit back and complain or whine and spin in a fast-moving downward spiral of massive (for me) amounts of unhealthy food, mental obsessions, physical pain ... the old familiarity brings a sense of comfort for a while ... gratefully, the times between the downward spiral adventures continues to lengthen, and the time I spend there continues to shorten.
